Most weekends you will find planes flying into McKinnon Field near kentucky lake . This week end was diffrent this was a Spring Fly in with a $5.00 buffet style breakfast at Southenaire restraunt which is about 200 yards from the air field. Over fifty plane flew in to the field starting at about 7:30 Saturday Morning according to several pilots it was a great day for the flight with no wind and clear skies. The only sugestion was perhaps bathroom facilities could be built at the airport and a taxi way. All seem to have a big time several members of the county were on hand to view the planes which included a Bi Plane and a arobatic plane and the pilot did give a little show.

PATSY BROOKS NEW LORD HIGH MAYOR
As the Kick off breakfast ended the largest snow in tennessee this year was just starting but not before a tree was planted in Rail Road park for Arbor day. The photo were taken at both the Kick off breakfast and the one where the tree was planted . We would like to thank Lori Pendegrass for the many photos she provided of which without this series of photos would not be complete.
